Most marketing consultants focus on tactics. I diagnose what's actually broken. As a marketing strategist with CEO-level business perspective and hands-on execution experience, I help B2B Tech/SaaS, Non-Profit, and Education organizations identify and solve the root causes preventing marketing success—whether those issues live in marketing, operations, or leadership alignment.

As CEO of Closed Loop, a digital marketing agency focused on B2B, I remained deeply involved in client strategy while building a high-performance team culture. I personally led strategic initiatives for key accounts while scaling the agency to more than double in revenue. Under my leadership, the agency was named Ad Age's Best Place to Work for 7 consecutive years and International Growth Agency of the Year by Google—recognition that stemmed from both our team culture and the hands-on, data-driven approach I championed with clients.

Throughout my tenure—first leading the service delivery team and later as President & CEO—I maintained direct involvement in client strategy for accounts including Clover, Vudu, BigCommerce, Calendly, and Slack. I personally developed and implemented our data integration methodology that averaged a 190% improvement in conversions across client accounts. This hands-on experience with Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups reinforced my belief that effective marketing requires direct engagement with both data and client challenges, which is why I continue to lead with data integration at the forefront of my work.
